Mission at Potomac Presbyterian Church
OBJECTIVE:
PPC’s mission objective is to spread the good news of the Gospel and the teachings of Jesus Christ in word and deed. We help as many of God’s children in their times of need as we can, locally, nationally, and worldwide. We feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and help heal the sick. We send doctors and missionaries worldwide. We respond to national and global disasters. We work directly and hands-on through local organizations and indirectly through larger organizations. In all that we do, we are guided by the grace, love, and example given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ.
WHO WE ARE:
Our efforts are carried out by the dedicated members of PPC and organized by the Mission Committee, an action committee always in need of enthusiastic participants. Please join us! We meet at 7:30 P.M. in the church library on the second Monday of each month. To get involved email mission@potomacpresbyterian.org. Opportunities are available for one-time or ongoing involvement to meet your interests and available time.
