Youth Sunday

Once a year, the youth take over leadership of Sunday morning worship. We plan and lead the service from start to finish, providing music, preaching, and offering liturgical leadership. There are also opportunities for youth to participate in leadership roles on other Sundays, including but not limited to serving as ushers or offering special music.

Our next Youth Sunday will be May 6, 2012.

Support the Youth Ministry

Because Youth Ministry is a ministry of the entire church, we want to offer you every opportunity to be involved in large and small ways. Here are a few ways that you can be involved:

  • provide snacks for youth group.
  • provide “breakfast” for the youth Sunday School classes on Sunday mornings. No beverages are needed, just a few morning rolls, donuts, or fruit.
  • commit to pray for one or more of our youth. We can give you there names and some basic information (age, grade, school, special interests and activities, etc.) and you take on the discipline of keeping them in your prayers—and let the Spirit do the rest.

If you can help, please let Kendra know.
